My time at Elliston 23 was the best year of a living situation that I’ve ever had. From the maintenance response time, which is same day and easy to request, to the management team which has been stellar...The addition of the pickleball court on the roof was a blast to use, and the dog park has one of the best views in the city. Moved in a month ago or so and am very happy that I did! The apartment itself is great, and on top of that the gym, pool, and other amenities are nice. Everyone in the leasing office is wonderful and extremely helpful! The walkability of the surrounding areas is nice, less than a 10 minute walk to Centennial. My favourite part so far is the view from my balcony!

Great apartment for anyone wanting to live in a walkable area. I haven't had any problem with any of the residents or staff...been super quick to help in any way she can and very friendly. Also love the rooftop lounge area.

Lived at Elliston for 2 full years but moved due to job relocation. Loved my time here! The new management team is wonderful. The amenities are great - the pool rocks! The location is perfect. Just minutes away from Broadway and just a short walk over to midtown. The complex is well kept and very clean. Loved my time here and hope to be back again some day!

I just moved in this week, and am so far very pleased with my decision to live at Elliston 23. There are many reasons I chose Elliston 23 (the dog park, proximity to Vanderbilt and Centennial park, the quality of the living spaces and amenities), but my number 1 reason for choosing Elliston was management. When it came down to it, I didn't want to live anywhere managed by anyone else.
