Comments: The maximum number of pets allowed per apartment home is two. 1st Pet Fee: $350/pet, 2nd Pet Fee: $450/pet.

Restrictions: Exotic Animals: Reptiles, Ferrets, Skunks, Raccoons, Squirrels, Rabbits, Birds, Pigs, Arachnids, Piranha, other farm or poisonous animals. Aquarium max 5 gallons, must be first floor, management must approve.
